Daily Goals Reminder
Life gets busy, but staying connected to your goals is important for achieving what you want.
So, I have created a trick that helps me.
I have recorded some short voice notes about my current focuses that I can listen to as I get ready in the morning.
This practice has helped me prioritise my goals as I go about my busy mum life.
It keeps them in front of my mind when my to-do list blows out.
I am solving problems related to them, even subconsciously.
I respond better when new ideas and opportunities pop up.
I encourage you to try this, especially if you have a big project you are working on.
Get your why and goals down in any way that works for you – a list, a note on your mirror or desk, a journal entry, or an audio recording.
Then focus on it each day.
Be intentional and keep making it happen for yourself!
