Creating Time in Your Week - Shopping and Gifts

I do a lot of my shopping online. I find it easier than moving around the shops with my kids and it was necessary through the pandemic when we were in lockdown, or Covid outbreaks occurred. We have all our food delivered, but I also buy presents, beauty products, household items, clothes, and other random items online. I plan with a Trello board of upcoming birthdays and a big one for Christmas. The better your plan, the more you can save by shopping in sales and buying items you regularly need in bulk.  

My husband also put a storage basket on the back of our laundry cupboard door, which I have filled with spare cards, ribbons and wrapping paper. In addition, I have a wooden box full of kids and baby presents I have picked up in sales, or I have just grabbed when I saw it, which I can go to if I need something spur of the moment for a kids birthday party etc. I also store presents for our family in the corner of a cupboard, as I buy them through the year, taking pressure off at Birthdays and Christmas.  

These are all great timesavers, so you are not trying to do everything at the time!
